This may not be as black and white as you may think.

These days many Youtubers are making videos of them playing Destiny 1 from time to time over Destiny 2, which may be actually making some people go back to Destiny 1 if not only for a little while.

Sure, Destiny 2 has overall better graphics as well as a fancier UI than Destiny 1, but it has to be said that the Destiny 1 gameplay may be a bit more iconic than Destiny 2’s gameplay.

With that said, however, it is possible that the people that prefer Destiny 1 over Destiny 2 are looking at Destiny 1 through rose-colored glasses.
