It has been confirmed by CD Projekt Red that they hired a group of popular modders within the community to help fix bugs and offer official mod support for Cyberpunk 2077.

In other words, CD Projekt Red has decided that they are going to utilize its community to help improve the state of the game. This means that official modding support could be coming to Cyberpunk 2077 in the near future.

Recently CD Projekt Red had to strip out a lot of details in Cyberpunk 2077, such as the number of NPCs on screen, to get the game to run at a stable FPS on both the Playstation 4 and the Xbox One, but hopefully, with the help of these modders all the details can be added back, and maybe the game might receive a higher quality of detail.
